Grizzly Jams: Vol XIII
Just realized I hadn’t posted any new music in awhile, a mistake I’m here to rectify. Normally I would take this opportunity to say something interesting about my life but working and listening to Barbell Shrugged isn’t really terribly interesting. I will say this, if I only had 5 minutes to do mobility I would spend 90 seconds on bottom of each of my feet, 30 seconds on each quad, and 30 seconds on my hips. Boom!
