Well normally I don’t post my LSD training, at least not on its own, because quite frankly its boring as fuck, but I’ve turned my LSD day into a LSD + Goat work day, and yesterday I made a pretty large breakthrough on one of my biggest goats – the pistol. Here’s the thing about pistols, they require the utmost of ankle mobility as well as leg strength. That’s just for everyone. You add to that my long ass femurs, and I need almost superhuman ankle mobility.
